Reading Andy Hunt's "Pragmatic Thinking and Learning" probably won't elevate your IQ twenty points or teach you tactile telekinesis, but it's a solid read, containing loads of information about how the human brain processes information, the nature of learning, and how you can take advantage of these things through helpful productivity hacks.
