SD Expo India - Speaker Program News!
News from SD Expo India, whose three-city (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore) tour is slated to run from January 16-19, 2007. First up -- if you're planning to attend one of the events, registering now will get you a free copy of the new Dr. Dobb's Developer Library (Version 3.0) DVD, a $99USD value, packed with articles, source code, and podcasts for your listening pleasure.
In addition to the already-announced core program featuring Scott Meyers, Herb Thompson, Andrew Stellman and Infragistics' Jason Beres, new to the speaking roster are Microsoft's S.S. Ramakant, who'll discuss Distributed System Deployment under VS 2005 Team System; Naveen Gupta of IBM, who'll talk about SOA adoption; Ken Pugh of Pugh-Killeen Associates, who'll cover global and distributed team management; and Abishek Mathur, also of Microsoft, who'll cover the process of moving from merely tracking to actively managing projects in the VSTS 2005 environment. Lots of good stuff, here.
