Jetpack To Simplify Brower Extensions

Supports third-party toolkits like jQuery

Mozilla Labs has announced theJetpack project, an API for writing Firefox add-ons. Jetpack lets you simplify the process of adding features to browsers without restart or compatibility issues, resulting in little to no disruption to the online experience. Jetpack extensions for Firefox can be programmed using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and debugged in the browser without restarting. It also supports third-party toolkits like jQuery and API libraries from Google and Twitter.
