PlanningRoom is a program-level planner that can be used in review meetings and works as a role-based portal that feeds into all other areas of the application; it is capable of planning and tracking capabilities that support complex program hierarchies.
VersionOne Conversations+ is designed to help project teams connect and engage with external stakeholders such as management, customers, users, subject matter experts, and other development teams. Users can invite these external stakeholders to participate for free using a communications portal.
SAFe Metrics reports works to help measure the progress of a customer's enterprise Agile initiatives using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Users can get data regarding asset health, release predictability, feature completeness, and program performance.
NOTE: The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a software development methodology knowledge base for implementing Agile practices at enterprise scale. It is presented in a publicly facing web format and its primary user interface is an "Agile Enterprise Big Picture" graphic to highlight individual roles, teams, activities, and the artifacts necessary to scale Agile from the team, to teams of teams, to the enterprise level.
"Software organizations are facing constantly changing priorities and accelerated delivery schedules. If they want to be competitive, they must give all parties touching the business initiative the means to connect and collaborate seamlessly," said VersionOne president and CEO Robert Holler. "PlanningRooms and Conversations+ make agile collaboration easier with an open space where stakeholders can make good decisions quickly at the program level."
