Libraries: Code libraries and library management tools. This category includes libraries, frameworks, reusable components, etc.

Testing: All testing tools of any kind: test harnesses, load simulation tools, UAT, Web testing, etc.

Utilities: Any product not covered in the previous categories.

Books: Books about all aspects of programming, including coding, tools, practices, project management, etc.

Mobile: Mobile development solutions, platforms, tools, etc.

Coding: All tools involved in the creation and function of code, except for libraries and testing. This category includes editors, IDEs, compilers, debuggers, performance profilers, linkers, etc.


You can download a form for submitting nominations here. Submit all nominations to joltawards@drdobbs.com during the appropriate nomination window (see schedule below).
