true that C++Builder has not already been updated?

2. Is there a possibility to allocate a C++ dynamic name[][] - array (e.g.
multidimentionary) via an op of "new"? I see the two ways, e.g. emuilation
via name[dim1*dim2] , or using classes, including class templates. BUT. Both
them are not so effective, especially concerning the run-time speed.

3. I need a FREE description of a .dxf file struct,
maybe you give me the reference?
