Alpha Software Releases 'Codeless Ajax'

Alpha Software has announced that the the first release candidate of Alpha Five Version 10 with Codeless Ajax technology is freely available for download here.

Using Codeless Ajax, you can use drag-and-drop components to visually design rich Web forms and apps that run as fast as desktop apps, but work entirely in the cloud. Professional developers can extend Alpha Five using open JavaScript libraries, the Xbasic or SQL languages, Genies and Xdialogs, the Report Builder, the Security Framework, over 1000 built-in functions, and more programming skills are optional with Alpha Five v10.

Alpha Software says that this release candidate software is feature complete, having emerged from several months of beta testing by an international team of independent database professionals.

In addition to Codeless Ajax technology, Alpha Five Version 10 RC1 has nearly 80 other new features, all of which are intended to help programmers quickly build high-performance apps.
